We have some of the best natural larder in the world right here on our doorstep and we are passionate about creating dishes with some amazing local produce and suppliers to give you a unique dining experience.
Not only is this helping put money back into our own local economy, it also cuts down on food miles helping us reduce our environmental impact.
Our bread is fresh daily from “the Bakehouse & Crannog” just around the corner. The majority of our seafood is landed right here in Mallaig or from around the West coast of Scotland. Our meat is sourced from around Lochaber, including venison from Knoydart. We also champion local ales and spirits and incorporate them into our dishes.
